A copycat version of Chili’s most popular appetizer is so easy to make at home! You only need a few ingredients to make Copycat Chili’s Skillet Queso.
It’s time for another week of copycat recipes! Last year’s group of copycat recipes did so well I HAD to do it again. Who doesn’t love a good copycat restaurant recipe?!
I come from a family of chips and queso eaters. If we’re at a restaurant with chips and queso on the menu, we order it. One of our very favorites is the chips and queso appetizer at Chili’s. And I’m so excited that we can eat it whenever we darn well please right in our very own kitchen! And it’s so easy, too.
This recipe requires three ingredients and a crock pot. That. Is. It. It’s pretty much the perfect recipe.
This is a perfect dip for a party. Make it in the crock pot and keep it warm to serve. Everyone will love it!

This recipe was so bad it went down the garbage disposal. Never done that before. Ugh! Had to quick make a substitute for a major event.

This recipe is so yummy and makes quite a bit! I was a bit worried while cooking it because it was really runny, but it thickens up once you take it off the burner. 🙂

Just made this watching football. Leftovers are going on hot dogs as a chili cheese dog and maybe a dip for French fries.
Alli says
Awesome! I love the idea to put it on hot dogs. Thank you for making the recipe!
