Ingredients
1c.buttersoftened
1c.sugar
1c.brown sugar
2eggs
1tsp.vanilla
1tsp.baking soda
1tsp.salt
1small box vanilla instant pudding
2 3/4c.flour
3/4c.white chocolate chips
3/4c.candy corn
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Cream together butter and both sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine baking soda, salt, pudding, and flour. Whisk together then slowly add to the butter mixture.
Add white chocolate chips to the dough and mix with a wooden spoon. Cover the dough and place in the fridge.
Use a small cookie scoop to form dough into balls. Place 12 cookie dough balls spaced apart evenly on a cookie sheet topped with silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Bake 8-10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Remove cookies from the oven and immediately top with 2-3 candy corns.
