Ingredients
1cangreen beans15.5 oz
1 candark red kidney beans15.5 oz
1 can garbanzo beans15.5 oz
1 largeshallotminced
1/3c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2Tbspvegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Combine beans in a large bowl. Whisk vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and shallots and pour over the beans; fold to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill and allow flavors to meld. Serve cold.
