Instructions
If Inverting Dessert Onto a Plate
Spray small microwavable bowl with baking spray; set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking soda. In another small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients then squeeze peanut butter out over the cake. No need to stir!
Place in the microwave for one minute; carefully remove and allow to sit and slightly cool. Place a small plate over the cake and carefully invert to slide cake out onto the plate.
Squeeze another packet of peanut butter into a small microwavable bowl and add karo syrup. Heat for 10-15 seconds, carefully remove from the microwave, and stir until smooth.
Pour peanut butter sauce over cake and enjoy!
If Eating Out of the Bowl or Mug
Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking soda in a microwavable bowl or coffee mug. Add egg, milk, and vegetable oil then squeeze peanut butter out over top. No need to stir!
