Halloween breakfast just got really colorful! Colorful Halloween Pancakes are the perfect way to start your holiday.

Ingredients
2c.flour
2Tbspsugar
1tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2largeeggs
1c. milk
1c. sour cream
1/4c.buttermelted and cooled to room temperature
1tsp.vanilla extract
neon green food coloring
orange food coloring
black food coloring
purple food coloring
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla; add to flour mixture.
Divide batter into four bowls and add a different color of food coloring to each bowl. Add the food coloring until desired color is reached.
Heat a griddle over medium-low heat (about 250°F). Pour 1/4 c. batter on to heated griddle; flip when bubbles begin to pop. Continue to cook for another minute, or until the other side is cooked. You will get three pancakes in each color. Serve and enjoy!

We used whipped topping, Halloween sprinkles, and candy eyeballs on some of our pancakes!
