We can’t get enough of our grill this year! Last spring and summer we were stuck in a cramped third-floor apartment and were deprived of the use of our grill. But so far this srping we’ve used it multiple times a week for dinner. It’s been awesome!
I’ve been on the hunt for great grill recipes and last week I found a whole bunch I’m dying to try. This recipe for Grilled Malibu Chicken was one of them! I like having malibu chicken at Sizzler, but half the time I eat it I’m disappointed in some way. It’s cold, it’s dry, the portion size is crazy small…So I was super excited to find this recipe for Malibu Chicken on the grill over at Six Sisters’ Stuff! We don’t like Sizzler at all, but this looks yummy!

Delicious! We don’t have a grill so we made it on our George Foreman grill. Because of that we didn’t have the yummy charbroil taste you get on a grill but quick and delicious. Loved the sauce!
