Brownie Bottom Halloween Cupcakes – 30 Days of Halloween 2016: Day 13

It’s Day 13 of “30 Days of Halloween” 2016 and I’m so excited to share the first cupcake recipe of the series from Persnickety Plates! These cupcakes combine brownies with cake to make one fantastically festive cupcake. The colorful layers and bright frosting on top make for the perfect Halloween treat! 

I’m so excited to be sharing the first cupcake of the series! You know I love my cupcakes. This recipe is especially fun because of the added brownie layer at the bottom. I love the colors that the cake and brownie make. Such a fun treat!
