I have always loved BLT’s. Even as a kid I loved BLT night! My husband would agree. This year we have both made New Year’s resolutions to eat better and keep track of what foods we put in our mouths. It can be frustrating sometimes. But BLT Wraps are one of those meals that make it so easy to eat well! We get the fabulous BLT flavors we’ve always loved for way less calories. And they’re so fun to eat in a wrap version! I don’t know who loves these more, us or the kids. And they’re so easy to make! These BLT Wraps are proof that you can eat healthy without losing all the flavors you love. Enjoy!
BLT Wraps (makes one wrap)
- 1 medium flour tortilla
- 1/2 Tbsp light mayo
- 2-3 slices cooked turkey bacon
- 1/3-1/2 c. shredded Romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. diced roma tomatoes
Place tortilla on a plate. Spread mayo over half the tortilla then place bacon slices down the center of the tortilla. Layer lettuce and tomato over the bacon. Roll up the tortilla and serve.
