Eat breakfast county fair style with these amazing Churro Waffles!
Oh me oh my oh me oh my. That right there is what came out of my mouth the first time I had a bite of these waffles. I mean, wow! These waffles are GOOD.
I love churros so much anyway, so making that delicious treat into a waffle was pretty much a must. These waffles are so good without maple syrup, but if you can handle it, add the syrup. Seriously, you won’t be sorry.
I’m not sure if I’m eating breakfast or dessert when I eat these churro waffles! And I’m totally fine with that. They would be really yummy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert.
Thank you, Chica Chocolatina, for the churro idea!

For Churro Coating:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter melted

- In another bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and oil. Slowly add liquid mixture to dry mixture; mix well.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon for churro topping. Pour over a dinner plate and spread out.

what does it mean to “add butter”?
Alli says
Dip the waffle into the melted butter so you can coat it with cinnamon and sugar.
